About: Hi Ho Cherry-O is a classic board game for preschoolers that still super fun and relevant today.
It incorporates lots of skills that preschoolers need to learn with rules that are simple to follow.
To Play: Set up the game by placing the colored fruits on to the matching trees. Then choose your tree.
Players then take turns spinning the spinner and following the directions. For example, landing on 2 means you have to pick 2 fruits from your tree and place them in the basket. Watch out though if you land on a basket you’ll have to put your fruits back on to your tree. The player who picks all their fruits first wins the game.
Skills it works on: Fine motor, turn-taking, following directions, counting, color recognition, and perseverance.
